But can a shrub stop a stolen tank???
In the area south of the Old Cathedral, along the highway exist ramp, it looks like they are getting ready to install a reinforced concrete wall instead of the bollards.
How ironic it will be if they build an attractive, low-slung wall in the area where there are relatively few pedestrians, compared to the bollards spiking through the landscape where most people enter the site.
There would not be so many perceived security issues if Memorial Drive was closed along the Arch grounds and the highway was covered or removed.
