Even in its current burnt out state that is a handsome building. Where is it located?
It's a central St. Louis building. Given last nite's weather, it might not have survived.
If it's gone, then the vacant lot could be converted into an opportunity for infill new construction, or division into two expanded side lots for the neighbors.
