I've seen these plans; they're really cool. But the problem is, they say they've started on this, but when I drive down there, nothing has been done. Does anybody know what's up??

The restaurant (Bushwoods) will be opening within the next couple months. Also, 3 other buildings on 4th St have begun rehab work and are looking for potential tenants.
